Reservations

All reservations at Low Pond Cottages are confirmed upon receipt of payment (full or agreed deposit). Bookings are secured for the specific dates selected, and availability is removed once confirmed. Rates are based on nights reserved, not arrival time.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, the selected dates are removed from our system and held exclusively for the guest. Cancellations will result in full forfeiture of payment.

No-Show Policy

Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be considered a no-show. The full reservation remains non-refundable. The booking will be held for the first night only, after which the unit may be released and rebooked.

Flight Delays & Airline Cancellations

Low Pond Cottages is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, or missed connections. Reservations are date-based and remain valid regardless of travel disruptions. Refunds will not be issued due to airline-related issues.

Early Departure

Guests who choose to depart before their scheduled check-out date will not receive refunds for unused nights.

Guest Registration

All overnight guests must be registered prior to arrival. Unregistered guests are not permitted to stay overnight. Failure to comply may result in termination of stay without refund.

Damages & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Charges will be applied for repairs, replacements, or excessive cleaning if necessary.

Rescheduling Option

As a goodwill gesture, guests may request a one-time date change.

Requests must be made before the original check-in date and are subject to availability. Rescheduled stays must be used within 1 month of the original booking date. Rate differences may apply.
